All display units are supplied by your company and must be fully set up by 7:30 am on October 15 th and cannot start to be disassembled until 3:00 pm on October 16 th .
Table, tablecloths and chairs will be provided by venue. Internet service will be available.
Booths are prominently featured in the Ballroom, the central meeting room.
Display units must include either a professionally produced tabletop and/or backdrop display.
Space for booths will accommodate 10-foot wide units.
Inclusion of your company brochure will be included in delegates’ kits (Approximately 200-count).
Each booth will receive 1 forum pass.

Free to any event registrant
Space will be provide on a table top (up to 4 feet wide) to display value added forest products and handout material such as brochures and business cards. Display items will be placed close together depending on the size of the item.
Display material & signage are supplied by company and must be fully set up by 7:30 am on October 15 th . Display material cannot start to be disassembled until 3:00 pm, October 16 th .
Tables and tablecloths will be provided to accompany the display table space.
Display Areas will be prominently featured in the Ballroom-central meeting room.
